- Account details you provide when you register: your name, email address, organisation and a securely hashed password.
- Value case inputs: the company, website, buyer persona, region and solution details you enter to generate a dossier.
- Billing information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by Stripe; we store your plan and subscription status but never your full card details.
- Usage and technical data: basic analytics such as pages visited, approximate location and device type, collected to improve the service.
- To provide the service — creating, storing and displaying your value cases.
- To operate your account, authenticate you and manage your subscription.
- To send service emails such as verification, password reset and product updates.
- To understand usage and improve Verity.
We do not sell your personal information.
To generate a dossier, the inputs you provide are sent to our AI providers, Anthropic, OpenAI and Google which processes them to produce the research and value case. Please do not enter information you are not permitted to share.
We share data with trusted providers only as needed to run the service:
- Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini — AI processing of your inputs to generate dossiers.
- Supabase — secure database hosting.
- Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
- Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions.
- Resend — sending transactional and product emails.
We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in, and privacy-friendly analytics to understand traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We keep your account and value cases for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual value cases at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its associated data.
Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing and are never kept in plain text. Data is encrypted in transit and access to our database is restricted.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@verityvalueselling.com.
